The following terms of service (these "Terms and
condition"), govern your access to and use of the Raeda website and mobile
application, and services offered on or through www.raedaexpress.com or the
Raeda mobile application Raeda Express Ltd. and its subsidiaries are
collectively referred hereto as "Raeda" "we" or
"us" and “you” or “user” means you as a user of the Site.
Please read the Terms of Service carefully before you start to
use the Site. By using the Site, opening an account, or by clicking to accept
or agree to the Terms of Service when this option is made available to you, you
accept and agree, on behalf of yourself or your company or any other entity (if
applicable), to be bound and abide by these Terms and condition and Raeda
Express Payment Terms
If you do not want to agree to these Terms of Service or the
Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Site.
This Site is offered and available to users who are at least 18
years of age and of legal age to form a binding contract. If you are under 18
and at least 13 years of age, you are only permitted to use the Site through an
account owned by a parent or legal guardian with their appropriate permission.
If you are under 13 you are not permitted to use the Site or the Raeda Express
services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the
foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these

contact form. The original language of these Terms of Service, as well as all
other texts throughout the Site, is English. Raeda Express makes this translation
available for convenience only. In case of conflicts between the original
English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
Definitions:
Customers are users who sign up to use our services.
A business account is an account created for the use of services,
this account can be permitted for all functions
Wallet transfer: This is the ability to send money or payment to
another user who created an account with us.
Invoices: are generated for payment on a shipment or for any action the
requires payment

validation
It is expected that vendors should validate the receiver’s
wallet for proof of funds, users who do not validate the wallet and proceed by
going into a trade will take responsibility
We will not take any responsibility for funds of payment
However, the shipping fee will be paid In full by the
vendor before shipment
Disputes and
Cancellations:
Both parties will have to agree and settle amicably if the
trade will not continue discuss reasons with the admin then close the trade.
If the item sold is not what was requested users can
initiate a request for a return shipment
However, both parties will not be able to withdraw funds.
Product
traded (Item Shipped)
We take no responsibility for the quality of the item
sold, (we will only secure your funds) Ensure your vendor is trusted
We will take no responsibility for the item or parcel
traded
Receivers or buyers Ensure that your vendor or is trusted
We can only pick up the shipment to be delivered and
deliver it
If the vendor ships a wrong item shipment will be paid in
full by the vendor because the shipment is generated from the vendors' account.
We help Vendor protection package until is delivered
We provide courier services for all types of shipment
Standard shipping time and duration applies
Shipping cost: Shipping cost is estimated until we assign a to a
dispatch for delivery
As soon as we assign a dispatch we have confirmed your
shipping cost

Option:
I have a courier: if this function is applied to the trade
We will take no responsibility for the shipment, we can
only protect the payment of the user
Using RAEDA
EXPRESS as courier: We
will protect the vendor and the buyer, however, we take no responsibility for
the quality of parcels sold and shipped
Payment and
Transfers
We have your back, Keep communications within the Raeda
Express platform only
Our payment protection covers only when the payment or
transfer is made via the platform
Ensure you are making a transfer to the right beneficiary,
Wallet rights are preserved
Bank and administrative charges apply, we may maintain the
balance of charges between the bank and administrative charges but we have no
control.
Shipment
Tracking
All shipments can be tracked our customer support is
available
Messaging
Use of bad and abusive or demeaning words and languages is
prohibited
Acceptable and Unacceptable Trade
Parcels and Regular items are acceptable
E-commerce trades are for vendors who intend to make sales
via the pay-on-delivery method.
Particularly online vendors or individuals who identify as
such.
Limitation on
Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL RAEDA EXPRESS, ITS AFFILIATES, SERVICE
PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF
ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR
USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE
WEBSITE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE
SITE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL,
INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS
OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF
GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE),
BREACH OF CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.
